Mr. Shailesh Haribhakti is a Chartered and Cost Accountant, a Certified Internal Auditor, Financial Planner & Fraud Examiner. Mr. Haribhakti is Chairman of Haribhakti & Co, LLP (Chartered Accountants), New Haribhakti Business Services LLP and Mentorcap Management Pvt. Ltd.

Evolving from a background in Audit, Tax and Consulting, Mr. Haribhakti seeks to create enduring value for companies and organizations he is involved in, by being a deeply engaged Independent Director. He lends his expertise to several professional and regulatory bodies, and has played a leadership role across several of these bodies. He has led BMA, IIA (Mumbai), ICAI (WIRC), IMC, FPSB and Rotary Club of Bombay over the last several decades. For two years, he served on the Standards Advisory Council of the IASB in London and was Chairman of NPS (National Pension Scheme) Trust from 2015-2017.

CA Sanjib Sanghi is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and possesses a Diploma in Information Systems Audit (DISA) from ICAI. He has also done certification courses in JAVA and software development and systems management from NIIT. Mr. Sanghi is presently a senior partner at Desai Haribhakti & Co and holding the position of Treasurer at EIRC-ICAI.

He is Chairman of the IT Committee for Eastern India Regional Council of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Merchant Chamber of Commerce (MCC), Direct Tax Professionals Association (DTPA), Association for Corporate Advisors and Executives (ACAE), and Madhya Kolkata CPE Study Circle. He is also an active social volunteer. He started Bhavishya Kiran with the primary purpose to provide technical training and personal guidance to youngsters of India.
